where problems may occur with humidity and chemical agents, such as salt works,

The purpose of the "INBI"
SELF-Centring idler is to keep the conveyor belt always centred, correcting
defects which would prevent its working correctly.
Operation
With the belt operating and lined up, the idler is held transversely at an
angle of 90º. The mass is balanced at both sides of the idler. When the belt
goes off centre, the idler comes into action; it is inclined over the loaded
part, restoring the balance in this way an correcting the belt to its proper
position.
This action can be repeated indefinitely, due to the internal mechanism and
the position of the shaft with relation to the belt.
Transverse cleats and
crimped containment strips enable all types of materials to be handled on
horizontal planes and with inclinations of up to 90º without spillage.
